Another new ranking system will be made with more ranks. it will look something like this.

Grand Chancellor (1) (commander of Castille-Portugese Regoins)
The Admiral (1) (commander of Italian Regoins)

About the marshall ranks that ranks is attributed (did i say the word right?) to the best player in that country/region?

No its a personal attendent that i choose (its nothing to do with country basis). currently there is only two marshals.
